Secrest has recently been affected by the 25% counter tariffs implemented by the Canadian government on certain goods imported from the US. This is an unprecedented time for everyone and we are facing a new challenge with a steep learning curve. We are working hard to find solutions that don’t involve increasing our pricing for customers however we are having to reassess our costs almost on a daily basis. We are happy to provide quotes on our “special order” or “out of stock” items however we are limiting the number of products available through our webstore until we have a clearer understanding of which products are affected and whether or not we can find a way to avoid the tariffs.
